Facecrook

Just got an email from “Facebook Support,” letting me know that Facebook Service had sent me a message on Facebook. I’ll shut up now, since you can see the whole thing in the screenshot below. The funnest part is the actual URL of the link they wanted me to click, which you can see in the tooltip next to the cursor. Of course I clicked on it just for fun, and Safari gave me a “Suspected Malware Site” warning. Well, duh.

It's hard to believe people that stupid exist, but the evidence is everywhere.

"Hello, I am the Majordomo of Fallujahstan, and I am pleased to inform you that you have won millions in a lottery you never entered or even heard of. Please send your personal banking information so we can send you the monies owed."

Sure thing fuckface, here's my banking information: it's a photocopy of my dick.

Clever.

I'm sure there are people who fall for it. Not sure what you would want from a facebook account though...
