I place the blame where it's most obviously deserved: American Chopper. The Orange County Chopper guys have totally gained a loyal following of white spare-tire-spreading import-beer-shunning male-pattern-balding throwing-out-the-anchor-to-avoid-getting-dragged-over-the-hill-too-fast instant motorcycle buffs. It's not undeserved—the OCC guys are really kind of cool in their no-bullshit “Just get it done” approach to their craft. But let’s face it, Stan Borthwick of Baker Newman & Noyes: you’re no Paul Senior. And here’s the icky part: everyone you pass on your straight-pipe hog knows it. Stick with the Saab.
If the fact that there's now a Gillette M3Power Nitro Chopper TourTM isn't evidence enough, I don’t know what is.

Those guys and their bikes, they give me a pain in the tuchus like you wouldn't believe! The tumel they're making, waking up my poor little Kaddishel...I could give them such a hit in their kop!
